Thanks for your comment. Here is my recipe for the peach symphony ganache: 

100 grams white chocolate
100 grams heavy whipping cream
20 grams freeze-dried peaches
2 tablespoons Symphony wine

You can substitute the wine with your favorite white wine if you can&#039;t find Symphony. I would recommend a sweeter wine such as Riesling. Let me know how it turns out!]]></description>
